How much will it cost to fix my____?
There really is no way to know without actually looking at the vehicle. Just the fact that there are so many moving parts and pieces involved and no job ever goes exactly the same, that makes it nearly impossible to give an accurate quote over the phone. It costs nothing for us to do a quick check and take a look at which time we can more easily make a determination and give you a price.
Can you tell me what’s wrong with my ____ (over the phone)?
Just as it is impossible for your doctor to diagnose a health problem over the phone, we need to actually see the “patient” to be able to tell you what’s wrong as well.
Can you install parts that I provide?
Yes we can, but we cannot warranty the repair beyond if the part develops a problem or breaks while being installed. Most people think that it will save them money if they provide the part but the truth is, most of the time it winds up costing more and since there’s no warranty, it could cost double if there is a problem. We only use OE parts or high quality aftermarket parts. We don’t like vehicles coming back for the same problem so we fix it right the first time.
